Would you answer me with beliefs about what others may say about you? Or Perhaps being Latina and not fitting in? Or the fear of stepping out of your comfort zone? Or maybe not sure but you know you want more. Either way, your secret is safe with me. so let me share with you what it means to play small…. Playing small means our actions are motivated by our fears, insecurities, low self-worth, and scarcity.
