How to create a mind set shift from negativity to positivity with the 3 A’s

Do you want to know how to create a mind set shift from negativity to positivity?

Today we are talking about mind set shift!

The truth is we are always looking at everyone else’s success wishing it was ours because we want what they have..
And
when you are in that mind you cannot move yourself to where you want to be.

That’s where I come in as a coach, I help you realize that you truly want to shift your focus back on you away from what you don’t have and what you have not accomplished yet!

Your responsibility is to employ what I call the three A’s

  1. Awareness- when you become aware of how you feel because you don’t feel good then you are at the starting point of change.
  2. Acceptance – before you can begin to create change and re-invent your biz or your life. you must accept that you are in a space of an inverted spiral.
  3. Action- once you have passed through on and two you can actually begin to put an action plan together to move away from negativity and into positivity.

Let’s stop looking at everybody else’s life and wish we had what they had. For two reasons!

  1. Things aren’t always what they seem when you’re looking from the outside.

Somebody may be financially stable, own a house, drive a nice car, and be able to do Way-more than you can but inside they don’t love themselves enough.

Somebody can seem as they’re so happy and content with who they are but inside is suffering from depression and anxiety but hiding it from the world. That’s why most people always have an opinion of somebody else. Usually, their opinion reflects on their inner self but they haven’t even fixed or worked on themselves!!

  1. The only person that stops you from getting where you want to be is you because we don’t renew our mindset and have self-discipline!. We allow self-doubt and fear to overtake our emotions.

Not to mention most of us don’t want to do the work.

We want those quick fixes along with the easy road.

But the easy road never got anyone to where they wanted to be.
It usually took them a ton of failures, sweat blood and tears. It took self-control! It took discipline!

Decide who you want to be and commit to it.

Commit to yourself!
Love yourself!

Give yourself what you want and don’t give somebody else the responsibility to do it for you!

Now a Story………

Did you know that I have been labeled Dyslexic and as having ADHD since I was a child!
🤔
That being said, both of those labels come with side effects and the most important one that I have dealt with all my life is Anxious and depressive tendencies.
.
There have been many times in my life that I have prayed to not be alive or make it through the night along with actions to make it so!
.
Before you say anything, and begin to judge, I want you to know that I do not take any form of medication. You see it is something I have learned to manage and deal with in my own ways.
.
I am so grateful to be alive, and I know that God still has a plan for me.
.
But remember, do not judge one way or the other!!
.
What you see perhaps is the crazy, smiley me!! But behind the scenes, the story unfolds in very different ways!!
.
That’s why most people always have an opinion on somebody else.
.
I want to tell you that usually, the opinion you make or have about someone reflects your inner self!

And your inner demons and challenges, so instead of judging or criticizing.

I ask you to take a look inside and see how you can begin to work inside yourself to move you ahead and begin to live your best life!
