If you are a business owner then my question to you is are you listening or are you hearing?
When we listen to understand and hear the messages of our customers and clients then we are actually hearing.

Listening usually involves only waiting for the noise to stop coming out of a persons mouth and then filling the silence with our voice but the message that was meant for us is lost.
When you truly want to hear, you must drop from your head to your heart to feel how the messages lands with you, and only then can we begin to really serve our clients and customers.
