METABOLIC TYPING TEST
Find out once and for all what foods are best for your individual type. Includes test, interpretation, and initial guidelines. Cutting edge research shows that no ONE diet is right for everyone – everyone is unique, and as such requires an individual-Personal foods plan to keep you energized and healthy. Unlike other body-type diets, Metabolic Typing is not a prescription program, but more of a process that changes and grows with you as you get healthy and balanced, and more adaptable to your environment.
Metabolic Typing has been around for many years. Diet and nutritional supplements are used to address the individual at a fundamental metabolic level, allowing for increased energy, weight loss and greater resistance to disease. By conducting a series of simple tests we are able to determine each individual’s Metabolic Type. This is the fundamental way in which your body produces and processes energy. Armed with this knowledge the individual can knowingly select the foods and nutritional supplements that are tailored to his or her specific metabolism.

Single hormone profile
Hormones are chemical messengers, produced by the adrenal, pituitary, thyroid, ovaries, testes and other glands, that have far-reaching effects throughout the body. Hormones regulate everything from growth and tissue repair to metabolism, reproduction, blood pressure and the body’s response to stress.
Functional Adrenal Stress Profile
The adrenal glands are often overworked and overlooked. This is a comprehensive panel to determine the health and status of the adrenal glands and other steroidal hormones.
These three lab tests measure the level of dysfunctional protein digestion, oxidative cellular damage, liver function, and detoxification capacity. This test is an essential part of optimizing health and ensuring proper function.
Intestinal Barrier Function Screen
The road to health and happiness begins, unexpectantly, in the intestinal tract, where 70% of one’s immune system resides. This test will tell us whether you have a healthy gut lining or if it has become compromised.
Expanded Gastrointestinal Health Panel
This comprehensive stool and saliva panel will reveal hidden fungal, bacterial, and parasitic infections. It also includes food intolerance antibody tests for four common problem foods: soy, gluten, egg, and dairy, and checks enzyme and immunomarkers.

Cycling Female Hormone Panel
The panel collects 11 saliva samples over the course of a female’s cycle. It is helpful in assessing irregular periods, migraine headaches, painful or heavy periods, and premenstrual stress.
Are you tired of going to the doctor and you know your body is off somehow but all the blood tests come back negative and the doctors all tell you there is nothing wrong?
Then it is time to stop the insanity and try a Hair tissue Mineral Analysis!
A hair tissue mineral analysis then can guide you to make appropriate changes in your lifestyle, environment, diet, use of nutritional supplements, and detoxification programs allowing you to obtain the ultimate health and well-being suited for your body.
Hair tissue mineral analysis is unique in that it is non-invasive and an inexpensive way to give information directly about cellular activity – the main site of nutritional metabolism. It indicates the nutritional content of the body’s tissue, presence of toxic heavy metals, the ratio of nutrients to heavy metal toxins, and your metabolic type.
Blood work provides different information and varies daily depending on what you’ve eaten, emotional stresses, etc. Blood mineral levels are ten times less than they are in the hair tissue, which makes measurements difficult.
WHO SHOULD CONSIDER A HAIR ANALYSIS
Hair tissue mineral analysis can help anyone who is ill and has no explanation as to why, or the cause seems to be identified but the therapy is not effective. Hair tissue mineral analysis can open up a whole new approach to solving your own particular problem and can address:
- Heavy Metal Poisoning
- Hair Loss / Poor Hair Growth
- Stress / Anxiety
- Digestive Disorders
- Thyroid Issues
- Copper Toxicity
Even without a severe health problem, abnormal changes in body chemistry and nutritional deficiencies may result in early, subtle changes in the body such as the following:
White spots in the nails, stretch marks, and lack of nail growth can indicate a possible zinc deficiency. Longitudinal ridging in the nails may indicate an iron deficiency. Brittle hair and nails can show a calcium and copper imbalance.

As an unlicensed practitioner, I do not diagnose or treat disease. Instead, I look at test results combined with my knowledge of the human body and its workings. These tests offer an opportunity to see imbalances before they become serious conditions. My tests are only available to doctors or certified personnel, so not just any one can get them. As a Holistic Nutritionist, I wanted to be certain that I knew exactly what was going into my clients bodies, especially when they take supplements.
